Matt Cross, Executive Director
Matt is the Executive Director for Seasons at Southpoint. He has been an Executive Director in the assisted living field for over 10 years. Matt is originally from Vermont with family ties to New Hampshire. He is a member of the PALS Group in Wake County and is also on the Board for the MAST Symposium that is held every August. Matt and his family reside in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina.

Terrence Bradsher, Business Office Manager
Terrence is presently the Business Office Manager for Seasons at Southpoint. He has a strong background in office management and procedures. Terrence attended both the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and North Carolina Central University. He has been in the assisted living arena for the past 2 years. Terrence is currently working on his Assisted Living Administrator’s Certification. He resides with his family in Hillsborough, North Carolina.

Allison Lee, Director of Sales
Allison is the Director of Sales for Seasons at Southpoint. She has a long and outstanding career in the sales and marketing field, including over 8 years in the assisted living arena. Allison has an exceptional knowledge of long term insurance programs, VA Aid and Attendance Programs, as well as Medicaid Programs. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Charles House Eldercare Center. Allison lives in Durham and is the proud mother of 3 children and 2 grandchildren.

Lamin Sallah, Director of Health Services
Lamin is the Director of Health Services for Seasons at Southpoint. He comes to us as a RN with lots of experience in the Assisted Living and Independent Living communities. He is originally from the The Gambia, a country in Western Africa.

Vanessa Haygood, Director of Activities
Vanessa is the Director of Activities for Seasons at Southpoint. She is a graduate from the University of North Carolina - Greensboro with a Degree in Recreation Therapy. She has had several positions, including working with several long term care communities in the activity area and owning her own yarn shop in Charlotte. Vanessa recently relocated to the Raleigh Area.

George Olmoz, Director of Food & Beverage
George is the Director of Food & Beverage for Seasons at Southpoint. He has over 13 years in the food service industry, specifically in hospital and long term care settings. George is a Certified Dietary Manager and is also SerSafe Certified. He recently moved with his family to the Raleigh Area from New York State.

John Brissey, Director of Maintenance
John serves as the Director of Maintenance for Seasons at Southpoint. He is a native of South Carolina and served in the U.S. Navy. John has the longest tenure of the Seasons at Southpoint Team. He was nicknamed by his Dad as “The Trinket Man” and is totally dedicated to fixing things and keeping things going. In his free time, John enjoys movies and the beach and only recently relocated to Durham.
